one that be equal to forum that is in this web

The forum home page created on this website has been totally customized and scripted by me. You will have to learn and do the customisation on your own. But till then some of the portal hacks found at
http://www.phpbbhacks.com might help you get upto some extent

this is powered by PHPBB, but there are many other (though not as good) forum engines to use.
Invision free and VBullitin offer similar features to this, but you can also get free, ad supported, pre-hosted forums.

A question the servant PHPBB is free? .
already I have a forum in invision free. but i do not like, "is inglish"
