and the car have superb, unrealistic (currently) millage e.g. 4000 mpg
it can be switch from engine driven to muscle driven, and vice versa.

what do you mean muscle driven... you want to push the car....

Maybe he means pedalling like a child's car :P I don't think muscle driven would be effective.
