how i install any script using rar file

i download a script but that script is in [rar] file n i dont know how i install that script can any one help me to tell how i install that script step by step
You fist extrat it add upload it and install
if u it doesn't works then firt install winrar (u can search it from Goole.com) and u can extrat it
