As long as you yourself have desinged/coded them you can use them. But you must not use them if they were made by somebody else and are copyrighted. Breaking of copyright and trademark laws is prohibited.

I think he means "Flash games". There is no such thing as "Falsh Games". Flash games can be good, but only if they are well coded and created. You can get some tutorials here:
