Well if you got good Flash skills, you could make a world where you create a character an walk around in rooms an talk to people accross the world?
sounds hard, but it is possible if you have the skills, right team an skills an dedication required.

Yes a habbo retro is illegal IF you host habbos images including Dcrs,external texts and any other habbo image.

That's why you make your OWN, not copy an paste or steal images from someone else, i dont think anyone here is that stupid to actaully even steal images from habbo, Make your OWN ok.
