problem to install youtube clone

i download a youtube clone script n upload all files in my account n then i open to install page here http://www.emsplanet.tfbh.net/youtube/install/index.php

but i see this

Make a directory name "chimg" in your server. Chmod it to 777
Make a directory name "flvideo" in your server. Chmod it to 777
Make a directory name "include" in your server. Chmod it to 777
Make a directory name "thumb" in your server. Chmod it to 777
Make a directory name "video" in your server. Chmod it to 777
Make a directory name "templates_c" in your server. Chmod it to 777
Set the property of file "include/conf.ini" to writable, So Chmod it to 777
Set the property of file "include/config.php" to writable, So Chmod it to 777


Put Directory Location : --------------------------------------------
(i.e. /var/www/html/path or /home/mysoftwo/public_html don't put the ending slash) [/PHP]

n i write this in dash-dash [/home/emplanet/public_html]
but i cant install
i see this in next page-

is the source you used for download was reliable

did you chmod the directories to 777

why don't u first try and install it in a local server like xampp and then go on to install it on the web ... u'll understand ur problems there itself..

Can you please send me the link? I can try to install it on my own server and test, my setup is very similiar to SmokyHosts, Apache 2.2, PHP 5.2.4, MySQL 5.0 (Mine is the NT Community version though)
