How to make a new table ?

Hi scripters,
I have a SMF forum and i want to add a new table that appearce in all the pages, so i can put Ads or banners or whatever . Can anyone help me please ?

i guess that there should be some kind of template pages with extension tpl. Try to search there

Just put the forum in a frame, and put the ad on the top frame

Tails5's suggestion is also good, but sometimes user wants to know a real address and if forum is in iframe- sometimes it may cause discomfort, so i think the best sollution would be to find template's pages and add ads there
