Microsoft SQL runs only on IIS, in Windows . It is expensive so it will not be available for free.
If you need the support for MS SQL Server you have to get a paid Windows Hosting either from SmokyHosts or any other hosting provider.

SmokyHosts currently does not support/offer Windows hosting. And unfortunately Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition cannot be installed on a apache server, it will work only on Windows IIS!!
