hmmm but will u be able to download single with the program 2, or just only albums?

what type of almbum are you referring to? A musical album? A photo album? If it is the former then you'd run into copyright issues. Most things on limewire are illegitimate... and I doubt musicians would let their albums be downloaded for free off such a program. There is no doubt that you'd already find albums on limewire but the possibility of it being legitimate are slim to none.

Yes A Musical Album Lime Wire Isnt ilegal because its p2p (peer 2 Peer)

Well i guess technically p2p may not be illegal. But use of it to download copyrighted material which you do not own definitely is illegal. So if you are going to create a website or program which runs such a program you definitely are risking legal action towards yourself.

There are programs that are simular to that. Generally using search sites rather then just the program but it is still P2P (Peer 2 Peer).
http://www.bittorrent.com/ -- to download the program
Once it's downloaded and installed, go to a place like
http://www.thepiratebay.com/
http://www.demonoid.com/
Search for what you're looking for while Bit Torrent is open and download the torrent. (Instead of pressing "Save", you'll press "Open")
The only real difference after you've downloaded Bit Torrent is that you need to use a browser rather then it being an All-In-One type thing.

But this is illegal, downloading and seeding albums which is under copyright and laws like that.
