How Do I Wipe A Computers Harddrive Using Dos My Pc Is Running Awfully Slow Right Now

You may use the fdisk utility through DOS and format your partition or even delete all partitions and everything.

if you have Windows XP cd you can boot in to the cd and before the installation you'll be provided an option to wipe and reformat you Harddisk. Try this
