Can any one explain about difference in SATA and SATA2

SATA 2 is faster than SATA. 3.0gbps vs 1.5gbps if I'm not wrong.

the HD SATA 2 faster as 3 giga transfer more than the sata

Pretty much go with Item2 when there is also Item, its usually better, newer.

No, you are actually wrong.
Sata II is really just a marketting tool, yes it is actually faster and superior to SATA (therefore i recommend it) but it's not as simple as the supposed 3Gb vs 1.5Gb ratings. Oh no sir. Actually, the rate at which a sata II drive can access data at a constant rate is slower then that of regular SATA.
