indian musics nice, but i think you'll have to be abit more specific
just like music we listen to, theres different genres in indian music aswell
also diff languages- (punjabi and hindi)

I heard some indian music once.I forget which language it was but it was interesting to say the least.

me too i love listening to bollywood musicals and their music. so beautiful.... i have the soundtrack to lagaan and another film i cannot remember the name right now.

but actual indian music ive heard is actually a little different, its very repetitive and meditative i think. its made to move and dance and fly to.

then finally, theres the new type of music coming from india... mainly electronic but other kinds of fusion too. for example, im from spain and there are nowadays a few bands making nice music mixing flamenco and indian music and instruments. and what u say about Goa trance? haha

Illayaraja is the King in Indian Music ... and the Next Spot Goes to A.R.Rehman .. Rehman used to work under Illayaraja ... At Present there r only 2 awesome music direcors in india .. one is Rehman for Hindi , Tamil , Telugu and Manisharma for telugu...
