ok i got this index from admin but i'm working on it for months but i don't understand a thing of it can someone tell me how to get that administrationpanel on it ?

if its just a question for the admin, you should just pm the him directly. unless its a question here the members can answer.

Maybe what he is trying to say is how to access CPanel? if that is your question use your domain assigned point to port 2082. if not try rewriting your question.
