As far as I know, there is no such script, but you can make rules on your forum, and punish those that don't follow them

tail5 offered on the simples possibility to stop spammers, but i would like tu suggest other ways to stop spammers in forum:
1) image verification on posting- the same as in registration forms
2)user can not post oftener than one post in example 2 minutes- the button "submit" is disabled or even he can not browse to page where he can write a comment

the programming port is not so easy as it could look at the time, but i think that there is some kind of code snippets on the web about this

good luck with stopping spammers, i also hate spammers :evil:
