Actually, when I first did webpages about 6 years ago. I only was shown how to do it on templates my first time. A month after that I started tweaking with HTML. That is when I started making my own layouts.

Im a complete noob and probably couldnt make a good looking site if someone did it with me step by step but i can make a crapy one and i learn how to make it look better as time goes on.
