FTP HELP

I just got my account, and cant get the FTP working
what do I do?

Remember that you are accessing the correct port while trying to access your site contents/data via ftp. The ftp port must be "21" and not "22".
Sometimes i have seen that some of the ftp softwares automatically change the port to "22" if you use the domain name as ftp.subdomain.maindomain.com instead of just subdomain.maindomain.com
