I think it would be a good idea for SmokyHosts to have this other auto-installer, as well as Fantastico, as this has some things Fantastico does not. And as it is Open Source, it is free to download and use. It installs:
phpBB: 2.0.20
PHP-Nuke: 7.9
Xoops: 2.2.3
CPG-Nuke: v 9.0.6.1
PostNuke: 0.761
WordPress: 2.0.2
SupportLogic: 1.2
IPB: 1.3.1
IPB: 2.0.4
b2evolution: 0.9.1
Joomla!: 1.0.7
Geeklog: 1.3.11sr3
e107: 0.6175
Coppermine: 1.4.3
SimpleMachines: 1.0.6
MediaWiki: 1.5.5
PHP Fusion: 6.00.106
Visit their website (
http://www.openinstaller.com/) and have a look for yourself!

Thats not true as these can be installed with this script, and Fantastico does not have them (in my cPanel at least):
CPG-Nuke: v 9.0.6.1
IPB: 1.3.1
IPB: 2.0.4
e107: 0.6175
MediaWiki: 1.5.5
PHP Fusion: 6.00.106

Easy installation for those who host here... may provide useful. Give more of a variety of auto-installed features, maybe smokyhosts could attract even those who don't know much about php, they could set up thier site easier
