Upgrade disk space: 250 MB
disk space cost: 125 points
Upgrade Bandwidth Space: 2,500 MB
Upgrade Bandwidth cost: 125 points

Currently we offer only package based upgrades. No custom upgrades are permitted.

but is says that i can 2GB disk space and 20GB bandwidth at the link below.

so there is currently no way to get more than 500 MB space and 5GB bandwidth

No, currently the maximum resources that you can get are with the power package. If you need more resources, you will have to upgrade to a resellers package.
