Philwill is back woohoo, mine is a fairly simple php site, but for the features and looks it's decently well.
I don't know which site to put forth, they both look the same but one has more of a type of feature than the other which has more forum features. This is a hard decision.
As far as looks they are exactyly the same but the features are different, I will put forth my main site though, it is more established, the other is a temp test site for the type of php I was planning on working with.

Well I made this design completely by myself, and I'm proud of it. I will try to update and include all content by the closing date.

Breezy trying to take all the credit lol. Yes breeze did change the color of my png images, which I proudly will give credit to. I did not ever say I did all the work, it's a Nuke Evolution Site, with some major theme modifications and some addon's which has to be done manually for the site itself and the forums. Goodluck to all members and may the best site win, and don't worry I will be checking out the site's so if I don't agree with the final outcome it will be known lol. Try some of the other contests and have fun

BTW Breezy, you must not rub it in as such, you could have contacted me and simply asked for me to put credit in. Besides color changing isn't very very difficult, the credit belongs to the guys from http://www.nuke-evolution.com and http://www.warpeddesigns.com I believe I got those sites right, but yes thank you Breeze, just next time ask politiely and you shall recieve.

Ok, Mr. Crymson... yes, full credit to the guys at http://www.nuke-evolution.com and such. I wasn't trying to sneak any credits in lol. Anyway TCL, what do you think of my new layout anyways (post what you think in my thread in the advertising section).
