I personally feel it was a great movie.

And as far as disturbing anybody's hope is concerned, it should be kept in mind that afterall it was a movie. If just a movie can destroy somebody's faith in something, then i dont think i can call that a faith in the first place!!

I have a similar opinion to that of SHadmin. I really enjoyed the movie, it was well made and the actors and actresses they chose seemed right for the respective parts.

I think it's just a stupid film, and as far as I know, reviewers said this:
Book: Great!
Film: O.K
Video Game: Rubbish!

personally, i don't think should able to disturb christian faith. It just only a movie and eventhough the book was a "fiction"...there were none real justification and evidence to show the book "accusations" were really truth from historians and scholars.

Why we should doubt our own belief and faith?

:P

I guess I would say I enjoyed the movie, however, I wish I hadn't read the book prior to seeing it. The book goes into much more depth on various subjects. The movie doesn't come close to causing the controversy with Christianity as the book did.
