well your site is kinda cheesie it is to plain and un orignal. Try to get/make some better skins and a better banner. Also the lay out is simple and looks like a free host site. Sorry for the bad news.
To the secound site. Try makeing it translatable or english. just some quick facts.
62% of the net users are english speeking
70% of the sites are in english
10% are translatable.
