With enough PS knowledge, you should be able to recover a photo, but i once heard of a plugin that recovered photos, can't remember what it was called though sorry

even with photoshop, u cant really reverse time. it will take alot of time and effort to make it perfect for u will have to edit every single pixel in the whole dam picture lol
