More Customer Help

Dear SHAdmin,

I have been recently looking and have noticed that there are hardly any operators on. I think that we need more to help others out, like beginners.

Well I think SHadmin and maybe one other person are the operators... Yeah I kind of also agree on this^^ but there is a forum.

Well, currently such need hasn't yet arisen. Anytime i feel that the support is proving to be lacking, i shall take care of it then. For now i think the forums do the job well.

i don't that the live chat service is important, plus i feel that it takes lots of time to keep up with the customers and above all SHAADMIN can't do it by himself, him being in a different time zone then the most of smokyhosts client. I recently aquired a version of the PHP live, one of those live chat programs, and i thought about using them on my website but then again i have more important stuff then that, i don't think anyone would like to do that for me and for me, since i can't actually pay anyone to do, and neither can SHadmin

Well not only that but, not many people can actualy do tech support on his site. If you have a problem you will have to post it in the appropriate forum and wait up to 24 hours to get a responce, which isn't bad. If you need a immediate fix, then go to the main forum for what you need help on.


PhpBB - http://www.phpbb.com for Example. Sorry for this inconvienance but not too many people know too much about things to help people with it. Therefore operators would be unneeded because they would only be on when they are online anyway so.. sorry. Just post problems and within 24 hours you will get the exact help you need :).

but one disadvantage may that it may take a bit to get respone
