problem with paint

my MS Paint, is not working.. i want to know any similar program... i mean, I have photoshop, and all that type of programs.. but i want a lite program that does not consume a lot on memory...

Erm, I did something when I first got my laptop, and now I don't even have MS Paint. I don't have the little volume control icon in the bottom left either. So sad.
