We need more staff because honestly, the staff we have now isn't doing much. With the exception of a few.

hey i say this line at the bottom of your very first page:
"This website has many bugs and problems with it, as we know. Please report anything odd to an admin ASAP."
and indeed there was a bug when i tried to access your forum page
i guess it was a sql error, i recommed you not to show all those crappy errors to users
cos they don't understand them, you better showed something like:
"Could not connect to database, please try again later"

Well it was working before he switched hosts here... he's still figuring out how...
