Cannot Access Host

I have a host with the subdomain
http://aalmighty.thesmokylounge.com parked onto the domain
http://akhil.co.in/ Now from the last couple days, I cannot access either one. I cannot connect via ftp to my account, and the PM I got from SHAdmin about my cpanel account details isn't there anymore. I remember my username and password on cpanel, but I can't remember the port to my cpanel login host. Could someone please help?

yes man I with me I can't enter my acount but I am sure SHadmin will correct the mistake soon :roll: :roll:

if you notice any subdomains or domains connected to smokyhosts.com are ofline or bugged etc. i dont know the exact problem but even
http://www.theshadesoflife.com wont work. i guess everyone is experiencing this problem

I am able to access all the sites having links in this perticular thread,please check again. If you are able to access smokyhosts.com then you must not have problem with any other site on the server either.
RvB::i have checked your IP and it doesn't fall into the IP range which has been blocked. You must be able to access all the sites perfectly.

nope, cannot access for the last 4-5 days, please check.
Also, I found this out. smokyhosts.net, theshadesoflife.com and thesmokylounge.com are both pointing to the nameservers ns1.smokyhosts.net, and ns2.smokyhosts.net. while smokyhosts.com is pointing to the nameservers NS1.WEST-DATACENTER.NET and ns2.west-datacenter.net. So maybe there's some problem with the nameservers on smokyhosts.net?

As far as from my end, there is no problem with the nameservers on smokyhosts.net , coz if so, then you wouldn't be able to even access theshadesoflife.com or thesmokylounge.com

same man, i cant access anything to do with smokyhosts. just smokyhosts itself.
