I Believe.....

1. That this fourm's colors are too dull :P - No Offence. Needs some life, like Neon Colors lol.
2. I believe that's all I can think of right now :P... Need a new color for forums, or multi templates allowing members to choose thier own .


I say we should use a Black/Red Template or Black/Yellow, or anything black just not all the same color black .

What's everyone else say? I could work on integrating the templates to a phpbb site of my own and help out admin .

There is already a topic in this section. Please either look through or run a search on these things. As for the color, I think the lighter shades of color is much more professional looking rather than neon colors.

Oops, my bad. I know it's more professional looking but couldn't we get some colors that we can choose as individual members ourself?

Besides if you take a tally on the age range of people on this site most are anywhere from 15-20ish. And possibly in school . That's why we take the Free Hosting because most don't have a job where we could afford $3 to $5 a month. Not as a main theme but as extra themes where us hosted members can choose between them ourselfs . Sorry for bringing up another post like this but this is where I will be posting all my suggestions to the community. I used to be a Mod on these fourms so I don't think it will hurt too bad .


Another Suggestion: Let me run a few contests so that I can get a wicked banner for my homepage lol. JK.

I absolutely agree w/ TheCrymsonLegends on letting us choose the site look.. even though it does look professional.

Oh cool, that's wicked... Let's get some opinions on what color themes to choose .. Like I said before I can look for them and stuff.. and I am sure Admin has loads of extra's for the theme codes which I can help with the programming... I am good at stupid stuff like that if they got Install Instructions.

I know there was another topic on this but I do not recall any outcome of it.. and opening a dead conversation isn't suitable enough to get people to look at my opinion. Yes this is professional, I like it and I do agree with those who say this site is professional in it's ways but come on... Half the people on this site arn't professional people, most the Age Group don't come to sites that look professional, expescially if your 16 or so. You want a fun site with things to relate to. Gray is Professional, but topics we could choose for ourselves could be our way to make this site ours. Make it our home, the Default would be the professional theme, catching the eye of those who come to see a serious site. But for those who arn't so professional in thier ways could select a theme that catches thier eye, making them more likely to stay.

A great quote " To catch the eye of someone is an easy task. To keep that eye attached is a whole new world. " I have run a website out of Smokyhosts for almost a year or so... I run a Clan for a game I used to play, to keep the attention of all my members I switched themes often. Allowed others to select a theme to make the site look good to thier tastes.

I totally agree. I am younger than 15, 13, so I understand. I could have my parents pay it for me, but for now free web hosting is the best for me. Yes, the colors are sorta dull, but they are professional looking, but having more colors to choose from would be the best way to go.

13? I'm 14, don't waste your time w/ paid hosting though.. free hosting is all you'll need, unless you're gonna have a VERY big site that ppl will come to....

Well I came here through dt saying so... Found out I should have came here like months ago... very good hosting w/ a free .info domain w/ 400 points... very good.
