Henry Townsend has been stuck inside his apartment for the last five days. Who barricades the exit to somebody's apartment with chains and bolts, seals the windows shut, and keeps a man still inside from escaping? And then, after five days of imprisonment, something happens: a gaping hole emerges next to the toilet in the bathroom. There's no knowing the who, what, why, when or how's of its existence, but if it's a means to escape, Henry's going to take it. Little does he know what horrors await him on the other side...
