Good site, i use it alot. Also, theres a site http://www.zymic.com which has tutorials as well as free templates.

My personal preference..

Is to create one big graphical layout in Photoshop, keeping it in layers of course, and then once i'm happy with how it is showing up, break it up into smaller images and code it the way I need to. It's pretty hard to give you a tutorial if you want your work to be "original".

Well making a good layout takes time and experience. But those sites above and Pixel2Life.com can get you started.

Well For A Professional Website You Need A Very Good Imagination To "Create" The Websites "Sense And Feel".

Eg. Of 1 Good Layout Would Be, The Person's Chosen Colours Flow Together Well.

An Eg. Of That Is Painting A House With The Theme Of OutBack Australia, And You Have A Few Red Walls And A Bright Pink.

Pick Colours That Work.

Making templates is too much easy as i have 3 years experience in photoshop.Try some tutorial sites.
