mysql???

ok im installing ipb i have done it many times before but never in cpannel how do i creat a user with all privladges in the ipb database do i use phpmyadmin?

Why it is in sql, ok i think there is an installation of the forum where you have to create super admin.

i think i know more than you mysql is where it stores all the user in a database but i need to make a root user can figur out how

i guess IPB is like phpBB2 so upload all your files with ftp to your root there are a php file the name off the file is install.php lets say http://www.yoursite.com/IPB/install.php or where ever the file is this is just a EX then u will get a tabel to write your SQL database username and host and PW and your admin username and PW then **** on finish or next . thats it have fun. for any help pm me
