Please see this one and say me how would they have done this stuff.

Heh, it's not so good. It didn't even get mine once. I think it reads the cursor position and adds it up to get the other symbol.

No no no! I think not. I've tried it even calculating before hand. Not cursor!

But it says correctly for me, my maths teacher, my mom, my dad and my uncle!. How come not correct for you guys?

No! We calculated beforehand. I just saw the image next to it! It was Correct

Could anybody get the source or actionscript of it using Sothink SWF Decompiler?

Lol. There is no magic there, just a little math.
The answer is always a 9 multiple number til 9 (9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72 and 81). You can check these numbers have the same symbol.
So, it just scrambles the symbols and let those numbers have always the same one.
