Setting up other ftp acc

Hi, i have one small problem with ftp . Everything is ok when i connect with root user, but when add new user in
CPanel-> FTP Manager ->FTP Accounts and try to connect with newly created user, it says me what password is wrong for that user, but everything is ok with "Lixas" (my root) user. Maybe someone have had this problem, and know how to solve it ?

I cant exactly figure out what could have been the problem.
Lets see, just do one thing. Delete this new ftp account and recreate it.

it does not help, because i have tried this in other hosting company, this is the same. Maybe here is some kind of bug in cpanel... ??

if u created the new ftp user called test on ur hosting pakage
u should enter the login info for the hosts as follows:
FTP Host: ftp.smokyhosts.com
username:
test@lixas.smokyhosts.com
password: *******
have u tried this?
to see if there is a problem with ur ftp software, use the online version. check it out:
http://www.net2ftp.com

Just try using anonymous user , may be it will help u
