Definately PHPBB because of its easy-to-setup interface and the overall way it looks is great. I love the addons also.

I like PHP-BB because it's easy to install and it's free. The only downside is that you get the forums all looking the same, and creating your own skin is a bit complex.

i personally like both phpbb and invasion board, but ive heard invasion board is alot better
