I never expected that my desgin will get these many comments, I thank u all for ur suggestions & comments
and by the way I've improved a lot now and I do not have enough time to share my designs with u guys, I'll put them here when I get free time

Use the above button just the design is good for you that this is the first design ... as narrated are to increase the effects of the more vital in order to draw attention

Simple and professional like. You should try to animate more things. Try to go to good-tutorials and look for tutorials

yes, 2 hours is big time for such banner, it hardly take 10 minutes, and i want tell there are many many sites now to provide free banner creation and many software also available these days.
