Well first off all I am going to remake new signiture's just in case, I have asked permission and I am awaiting the responce, but as far as copyright infringment they said only if it was resold or used inappropriatly.


They usually don't understand the type of request you make so I had to send in another one clearifying exactly what I was using the image for.

ok sounds good then I believe it was my fault and I apologise for it. But I still dont like the SH sig with alienware on it.

I should of watched what I said, I aplogize aswell. I will make some new Sigs to Advertize with.. since Servers seem to be down.. they disappeared:P.

I advertise it verbaly when somebody asks for a host, or asks mine :) so quite a number already know about SH :D

Signatures across the internet have featured a ton of copyrighted material. And google is very good at indexing even sigs. That said, unless you were trying to profit from the logo, or claim it was yours, no one would really care.

I remember an article talking about some custom PC maker who used rating logo from famous sites (ZDnet awards, ComputerShopperawards, MaximumPC awards) on their site without permission from the owners. On top of that he was selling stuff that didn't exist yet (10 GHz processors, ect.) And the companies basically traced his P.O. Box to his home and posted his picture on the internet (lol).
