If it's a WOWEXEC error, you may need SP1 and/or SP2 from microsoft.

Fall off the plenet? lol if reinstalling windows, upgrading windows, reinstalling the program, updating the program does not work this could be compatability as you said. Try right **** on the icon on your desktop and changing the compatability there and run from the icon.
Also keep in mind this could also be a virus/add issue scan your computer and if nothing comes up then move a ahead.
here is the proitys.
1) Scan your computer
2)upgrade the program
3)reinstall the program
4)upgrade windows
5)compatability for the program
6) reinstall windows.
7)contact seller or maker of the program
8)GET A NEW COMPUTER lol :roll:
