you can put html code in a php page
and you can put a php code in a html page like this
<script language="php"> echo ("sa3ude says that you can ,so sure you can "); </script>

Yeah, they are completely different things. With PHP you can make dynamic websites, access a database and so many other things.
If you want to have an HTML code from PHP just look at the source code of a PHP page (like this one on the forum). The output PHP page is all HTML.

I recommend you to search download.com for "php"

I use dreamweaver to switch between two languages but not to convert one language to another

PHP is a programming language, HTML is a descriptive language. They can't do the same things, so they can't be converted.

For example, how would you open a database connection with HTML ?
How would you apply CSS to a PHP script ?
