The above, stated, TOS is for hosting only (I believe) not the general TOS for this board, so to display this TOS to everyone who signs up could raise questions from "newbies" about *wtf is goin on*, it's also unnecessary.

I dislike this alot, from a user point of view, and if I am a user, although I may be interested at first, I will back off.

Cool it guys, i will see to it that the design of TOS also matches the rest of the site.

Though it would take a couple of days, but will take care of it soon.
