hey darkness, ipb is not free anymore. Now it has become a paid forums script and you must have an exclusive license to actually use it. However you still get a trial script but it is valid only for 100 members.

Ah ok, sorry for the misunderstanding.

I have the 1.3 script on my pc so Instead of using fantastico I'll install it myself

I managed to get the script off an old friend because none of the IPB version are available to download from http://www.invisionboard.com

Trial Limitations
The trial version is encoded which means you are unable to view the PHP source or modify the PHP source. There are also these hard limits:
5000 Posts
1000 Topics
1000 Personal Messages
200 Members
Bulk Mailer Disabled
Language Editing Disabled
SQL Toolbox Disabled
No IPB Portal Included
No SSI Export Facilities
No ability to upgrade between trial versions

we still can use 1.3 but not 2.0.3 or 2.0.2 .
