if you no have ftp button,like this:

ftp://user:password@your_domain.com

what you got to do is you need a ftp pogram like filezilla or cute ftp after that enter the details of your login over there ... yiou also need to enter your ftp addresss.. once you do that give connect and without login on through your browser you can transfer files to your smokyhosts hosting account...
