Yes but since this was made by Alienware he is suggesting it's a copyright infringment. I sent an e-mail and asked about it, if it is then I will have to apologize if not, he has to love me no matter what.

I really dont care its not like there gonna find this lol. also I just mainly think it makes smokyhosts look bad. because if SH is not an affilate of Alienware then why put alienware onto a sig ment for SH and put it everywhere?

Because it looks good. Thats why, I liked it so I thought I would use it, no one is going to think SH is affiliated with Alienware anyway. They will see that it's just a sig and nothing more. They look professional, and unique. I would of put something else but I happend to have my WMP up at that time lol.

Alright but I still sent email, if someone thinks SH and Alienware are affiliated with each other, they are weird. We are a hosting company for webspace and Alienware builds expensive computers you could only drool about but never be able to own lol.

I own 4 lol any ways my site is an affilate of nexopia and goole and I own a gameing website so its still all the same. lol ne ways Im just saying. Ask Shadmin and see what he says. because its up to him really.

I didn't recognise the Alienware affiliation, but here in the UK alienware don't sell so much (I'm not sure if they sell at all to the UK?)

I don't know about copyright infringement, but I would advise that you double check to make sure that its ok. I have used logos of other companies on my website, but often its because they actually ask for it. One of them is because in order to use their free web-(sub)domain service you have to put a logo/link back to them on your front page.

As long as you have checked properly I see nothing wrong in using those logos. I don't like the colours that much, I prefer brighter colours,. but thats just personal opinion. It goes well with the site's black(ish) theme.

Keep it up all your graphics artists - I wish I knew how to do all that stuff!
