Dream wever is really good im my opinion but it will not help you site look proffesional it takes talent and tim to make on, And all programs do is provide an enviroment for you to make one but you have to design it. soo good luck

You are both correct.
Dreamweaver and Photoshop are great ways to make a website.
I recommend Dreamweaver.
But I use Flash. Its hard but I can live w/ it.

Or that Flash FX2004 or something from Macromedia.com also. And yes, Dreamweaver and Photoshop are the best in my opinion for your "professional" site.

Dreamweaver offers great sripts and Photoshop makes cool graphics.
