znad wrote:you said you can have any domain i want!!! FOR FREEE
?????????????
how????????
yes absolutely for free,
BUT this is visible through your computer only
that does not mean you will actualy register this domain on the web
you just create a new folder say 'google.com' in your home directory
and you'll have this domain
man, this is just on your computer for you to test
you are the server and you are the only client
did you get that?

hey if you want to install a server on your computer, why not use a server suit, like XAMPP ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS DOWNLOAD XAMP for
http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html and install it n your computer, and there you go you got php mysql apche and phpmyadmin on your computer, plus xampp has webalizer attached to it
and as for the cpanel, i don't think you need a cpanel for your home server everything can be done on phpmyadmin that for any mysql query's you wanna
and to have a server on your computer where you can put your ip and you'll go to the files on your server, all you have to do for that is install apache, now you can have website redirect to your computer using dns, but i look into that and come back to you
hope i helped
Regards
Darko
