I disagree, While Norton Being the worst in my opinion.
Panda Antivirus is the best, its not free but since ive had panda ive had NO problems with virus'

Each antivirus is good in their own right.
NOD32 has good heuristics scanning, so it can support wild viruses.
Norton constantly updates it signatures, so its rather good as well.
Depends, but Norton and NOD32 are both good choices.
Each can sometimes detect what the other can't.

So many different opinions on Antivirus. I personally prefer, out of the free ones, AntiVir, but I understand that for those willing to pay, NOD32 is the best choice.
In practice I don't like to have any resident anti-virus or other background security program. They use up my precious system resources and I have never had a problem without them

yeeah,i am using antivir guard and very happy with it... actually the best antivirus and guard program i have ever seen.. (even better than norton)

ill stick with AVG Free for now its been pretty good so far... blocked like 7 trojans already :P
