Looks like OpenAI, the creator of ChatGPT has the solution, and maybe a solution that we all had known all the while but never thought it would work!
As we know, ChatGPT also has its own bot. And all bots can be controlled by adding and configuring a robots.txt at the root of your domain name. So restricting ChatGPT bot is also the same. All you do is add GPTBot as the name of the bot and restrict it in your robots.txt file!
