Well it's definitely natural. Respected? No, I don't think anything **** is respected by the majority. Most people, at least in the U.S.A. will look down on it, even those who view the adult sites will rant and rave about how bad **** is, just to make themselves look "good".
I personally don't care to visit adult sites, I don't like **** and I sure don't respect it. I think it's degrading to both males and females. Nudity is one thing, I don't mind nudity if it's done in a tasteful manner, but when a women is having her face ejaculated on and then letting someone take a picture to make money off of it, little of which she'll never see herself, I think that's discusting.
