whats the deal with the preium one do i get that i need 50 points to set it up but do i need the first month payment of 50 points aswell

No, we charge all our free hosting members at the end of the month, not in the begining. So right now for getting your own hosting account, all you need is the setup fees of 50 points.

i think after 25 point you can take place to your site
