@Ky: No, the image was blurred through a screen+radial blur duplicate

@thetarget: Shadows/Highlight decrease contrast, increase shadows, decrease highlights. Radial blur. And color blend on the original layer set to black.

Could you make me a pair of contacts that look like that? Could you imagine the people who would stop you and ask questions if your eyes looked like that?

I did surfed the net another day looking for wierd contact lens designs.. I can tell you that some of them are more bizaare than the above.

That's good. I've created many things in photoshop, but never tried to do eyes...I will have to try this out.
