Season 8 of 24 was just plain disappointing. There's a reason why Fox decided to pull the plug on this once great show. Good call by the network. The last season just wasn't the same to watch. I enjoyed the first four seasons the best, true classic.

Software to make sites

The best software I use is based on PHP Smarty template engines. Don't know what Smarty is? In a nutshell, smarty is a framework that separates content between the php scripts and html for better performance. See smarty.net for more details on this great program for building websites.

I found your list worthwhile to read. However, I noticed my favorite CMS (CMS Made Simple) is not listed in your top 12. CMS Made Simple is by far the best content management system out there.
