Ofcourse it's possible to watch on dialup, however it will take ages to view so i don't recommend. Pretty mcuh what this prgram does is, as said above, is gather all the links of channels already availble ...

To make a banner, you need a prgram such as MS Paint, Jasc Paint Shop, Photoshop or any. Photoshop is quite expesive however so check out Gimp, it's free but mabye not as good or user friendly.
